This text provides information about the user policy observed by PHOTOESPAÑA as the holder of this webpage (hereafter WEBSITE) with regard to the treatment of all data of personal character obtained through the website, in compliance with the current legislation concerning matters of personal data protection.


The USER, by sending data to PHOTOESPAÑA through any device, gives his or her consent to the treatment of the data as specified in this privacy policy. Likewise, PHOTOESPAÑA informs the USER that, in agreement with the website´s General Conditions of Use, it may gather data that is not considered personal in nature, such as the browser, operating system, number of visits, pages visited… This information will be used exclusively for statistics. Likewise, PHOTOESPAÑA may use cookie technology to automatically recognize the user in future visits.


If the user does not want to be recognized through the Web browser, he or she may eliminate installed cookies, block cookies or choose to receive warnings before any cookie is installed. The user can exercise his or her right to determine the access, modification, cancellation and dissent by addressing a letter to PHOTOESPAÑA, Alameda, 14 - 28014 Madrid (Spain) that clearly specifies the right or rights that the user wishes to exercise. The letter should include the date and signature, as well as a copy of the user´s National Identification Document or other legal document.
