PHotoESPAÑA and Santander City Council organize a complete program of exhibitions and professional activities open to the public during the months of March and May 2019. In order to participate in the portfolio review, those interested must register through a registration form, with their data and a maximum of 15 photographs belonging to the same series. Among all the received works will be a selection of a maximum of twenty photographers who will participate, free of charge, in the activity and will have appointments with five experts.
