Foro PHotoESPAÑA – Comunidad de Madrid 2020The Community of Madrid and PHotoESPAÑA organize for the fith consecutive year a space where photographers can engage with the publick through exhibitions, presentations, learning seassions and social media where "Making, "Talking", "Listening" and "Being" with photography is possible.
After an open call, in which Spanish authors and creators present their photographic and visual arts projects, the Community of Madrid and PHotoESPAÑA select the four best works, which can be seen in short-term exhibitions at Sala El Águila as part of the Festival's programme.

The artists of this four projects will share their experiences with the public. Spaces dedicated to discussing on photography as document and memory and the correlation between visual arts.

The PHotoESPAÑA - Community of Madrid Forum gives voice to other photography festivals, initiatives that become a launching pad for emerging creators or those who opt for new formats and exhibition supports. Authors and groups will be able to dialogue directly with the public in order to promote the exchange of experiences face to face. An opportunity to foster alliances, add knowledge and share lines of work with creators and viewers.
In this 5th edition will take place a workshop (Tell me about it slowly. Developing documentary photographic projects) with the photographer Juan Valbuena, in which he will go over the alternative scenarios of funding and the dissemination of documentary photography projects through different entities and new artistic mediums.
Various photographers will take over the Festival's social media accounts turning them into platforms of diffusion, exchange and communication between them and the audience.
