Mujoukan is a concept from Japanese culture that means awareness of the fleetingness of life. Existence as an almost imperceptible summer breeze.
This project springs from the feelings that Ariadna García found she had because of isolation. At a time marked by saturation and sensationalism about COVID-19, the photographer found the need to distance herself from reality, to take refuge in herself, allowing a pleasant solitude to blossom accompanied by reconciliation with her own being. This process allowed her to get to know her inner self for the first time, fragile and melancholy, discovering facets around her of which she had previously been unaware.
